Simply ensure glare-free work at the PC: The light from the ceiling or desk lamp is often reflected in the monitor of your computer. This reflection makes your eyes tired. You become less productive at work.
Light without reflecting: Simply clamp the screen light onto your monitor. The lamp automatically ensures the correct lighting angle and thus illuminates your work area without reflecting in the monitor.
Always the right light: Choose white light for concentrated work. Or switch to warm white for relaxation at the PC even in the evening hours. Dim it to the right brightness in 10 steps, just as you like.
