After harvesting, the peppers are traditionally smoked over oak wood smoke, dried and then the pulp, without the stalk and seeds is ground. Only ripe peppers are used, grown according to organic guidelines on farms in Murcia, Spain.
Without the addition of colorants or flavorings, the powder naturally has a bright red color and intense flavor.
