Good meat deserves excellent spices, so the grill and steak seasoning was specially developed as an all-rounder for pan and grill. Crushed pepper and coarse-grained salt, onions and oregano as well as green and red bell pepper flakes, citrusy tasting coriander seeds and some coconut blossom sugar together make a full-bodied spice mix that fits perfectly on the steak or even the vegetables.
Simply sprinkle the coarse mix on the meat for the finale and let it sit for a short time. The mixture is also suitable for the spice grinder, who likes it fine, can grind it with it in the desired grain size.
